how do you show appreciation to your employees thanking them for their hard work . ?

Thank you goes a long way and I couldn't do it with out my employees. I offer gratitude, share praise, and shout my gratitude from the roof top! I also do my nest to make sure they have a work/ home life balance and host employee gatherings to show appreciation.
