I would recommend implementing a system for accountability and discipline. For example...bring your entire team together and explain the headache of having to edit time sheets every week. Encourage everyone especially your leads to make sure everyone is clocked in and out each day. You can also make it part of a form in Jobber that gets checked of. After creating a system for accountability, then you can also let them know there is a discipline system. Verbal warning, 1st write up, 2nd write up, and lastly a final. If they don't clock in or out for a 3rd time there is a consequence...those consequences could be whatever you feel is necessary and maybe even letting them go. Hope that helps.
