I own a Site work & Utility Company, and I need some help hiring.
What is the best platform for hiring, so many people use indeed but all the people applying have no experience in the industry I'm in.
Curious on what everyone is using that's effective!
We've used Indeed with a lot of success, I ask candidates to fill out a DISC assessment as a pre qualifying question, and we're starting to implement a quick video intro from each candidate before we jump on a video interview with them. Maybe you can have a candidate submit a quick 5 minute video to talk about the type of projects/work they've done in the past and that'll help you filter through the candidates who have no experience or the ones who can't follow basic instructions.
