Can you set each client to different pay terms

is it possible without doing every job each time. and can you also back date this. We have set 300 customers to the same date and they all now look overdue and some aren't due to pay for 30 days. Do we need to re issue these invoices are can they be changed?

TIA

  • Hi AusJobber135 Thanks for reaching out. The Net can be set for each invoice, and you can choose an overall default Net. This is something our Success team can definitely help clarify for you and work with you to find the best workflow. Please give them a call at 1-888-721-1115 (option 1) or email support@getjobber.com and they will be happy to walk through your options and help get everything sorted.

      Hikrista ,

I have a single client that is net 30. I would like to set them up as a default of net 30 and have everyone else be due upon receipt. I would like this to be a setting within the client so that when the techs do billing in the field they don’t need to worry about choosing the right terms.

I too have customers with different payment terms. 100% of invoicing is done in the field at time of service with payment due upon completion of work. However, I do have a small handful of clients that are on net 30 terms. It would be great to have individual payment terms that I can change and save for those specific clients.
