Charge on bank statement

Can someone tell me how to make Jobber to stop taking this out of banking account. I cancelled Jobber over 2 years ago. Please help. Jobber 05-15 GetJobber.com DE 0284 DEBIT CARD RECURRING PYMT BUSI...

    Canceling your Subscription:
    (This process cannot be completed through the Jobber app)
     
    1. Click Here to log into your Account and Billing page.
    2. Click on the green How to Cancel Your Jobber Account link in the bottom right corner of this page.


    3. Press the red button on this page to Request Cancelation/Cancel Your Account. 
    4. Complete the steps by answering the questions to finalise your cancellation
