Jobber does have native goal tracking built into the Insights section, plus a few solid workarounds if you want a fully custom visual dashboard.
1. Native Jobber Tools (Insights & Business Goals)
- Business Goals: Go to Insights in the left menu (if you don't see it, toggle on Business Goals under Gear Icon > Jobber Labs). You can set weekly or monthly targets and track live progress bars for Booked Jobs, Quote Conversion / Close Rate, Total Sales, and Quotes Sent.
- Report Scheduler App: You can grab the free Report Scheduler from the Jobber App Marketplace to automatically email yourself key reports (quotes, visits, projected income) on a daily or weekly basis.
2. Integration Alternatives (For Visual / TV Dashboards)
If you want an office monitor display or deeper custom metrics, Zapier opens up a few great options:
- Databox (Via Zapier): Best dedicated KPI dashboard for visual gauges, progress bars, and tracking weekly booked targets on a TV or mobile app.
- Google Looker Studio + Sheets (Via Zapier): The best free setup. Zap your new quotes, jobs, and invoices into a Google Sheet, then build custom close-rate charts and sales trackers in Looker Studio.
- Geckoboard: Great high-visibility option if you want a clean TV wallboard to keep goals front-and-center.
- QuickBooks Online + Fathom: If you're focused strictly on high-level financial KPIs (profit margins, revenue velocity), syncing Jobber to QBO and linking Fathom gives you top-tier financial reporting.
