KPI Reporting

I'm looking to track CSR conversions. Is there a way to get a report on # of new leads and % of leads that converted to a request for service? Even if its an integration,

Crew Insight integration has the sales KPI's you are looking for.

However, "leads" can mean different things for each business, for some its when a new Request is sent in Jobber, others it is when a new Client is created. Others track CSR performance through Quote conversions/approvals etc. How do you define it for your business?

For us a Lead is a new client.
