wondering what others do about maintenance contracts and Jobber. we have about 350 generator maintenance contracts that we manually follow and update using excel spreadsheet. Wondering if there is a more automated way.

Yes!! Set them up in "Recurring Jobs" in Jobber. Its worked wonders for us!

I’d need a bit more context, but wondering if you can either create a custom field for contractual clients, or utilize the tags feature. You can store the contract under the client profile and then tag that the particular client is on a maintenance contract. Hope this helps!
