Pulling a report on different revenue categories

Hello, My business get revenue from 4 different areas.  Sales, installations, Rentals, Service Agreements.  I would like to be able to see a report that shows the total revenue for each of those cat...

I do this manually now, by assigning custom fields for the categories on the one-off job level, exporting a one-off jobs report to excel, adding that data to an existing table, then using the data to populate multiple pivot tables. I have to do it manually now, but am trying to work a method to automate the process.
