MattCheezy rebecca We are having similar issues, which I believe are reflected in the Visits report. The problem appears to occur when you have recurring jobs, and update pricing. We have a cleaning biz and many recurring jobs (biweekly, monthly, etc.). We recently did a round of price increases, and updated the hourly rate on several jobs. The Visits report then displays the updated price on ALL visits, future or completed. We are still looking into this more, as I just found another recurring job that is displaying the updated price for all 2025 visits for that customer, BUT it displays a different, even higher price for all completed visits in 2024. Support has told me that the report is working correctly, but it's objectively a bug. Completed visits should not show different pricing! This really screws around with accounting and forecasting.
