New Requests, Approved Quotes, Requires Invoicing, Late Visits or Assessments, Anything in Drafts. All get the first attention of the day because these places mean the clock is ticking on customer service or getting paid :)

Notifications. I love seeing all the photos my team will have uploaded from the previous day. I love seeing the progress and the funny pictures of horrible work others have done that we are expected to try and fix.
