    Schedule for us, we like to know how our day will be, and if we're missing any supplies needed for the job before heading there. 

  • Anticipated revenue to make sure our technicians are booked for enough jobs and we're setup for success to hit our revenue goals.

    Definitely the calendar - first the month view then the map

    I always look at the daily schedule in Map view to make sure routing looks good for the day.

  • New Requests, Approved Quotes, Requires Invoicing, Late Visits or Assessments, Anything in Drafts.  All get the first attention of the day because these places mean the clock is ticking on customer service or getting paid  :)

    Notifications. I love seeing all the photos my team will have uploaded from the previous day. I love seeing the progress and the funny pictures of horrible work others have done that we are expected to try and fix.
