Hey aarontree​, glad you got it working! I wanted to close the loop on this thread for anyone still looking for a solution. I put together a video (link below) that walks through exactly what you originally asked for: office notes, sales rep notes, and scheduling notes added automatically to a Job in Jobber every time one is created, no code required. Works the same way for quotes, requests, and clients too.
