Hey aarontree . So this sounds like more of an 'internal automation' where every time a Client is created you want to add three separate notes, right?
Alternatively, are you wanting to somehow have another system add a note to a Client when a certain action happens? If so, can you give an example? Notes are heavily utilized by some Jobber users and I've found everyone uses them very differently.
Internal or external doesn't matter, I'd be interested if anyone has figured out a way to automatically add notes in this way.

Bottom line, in theory, this appears to be possible. As a Jobber Developer Partner I've been digging into a number of things surrounding Notes lately aarontree and here is what I have found out so far...
Notes are not a standalone object within Jobber's architecture. What this means is that they always have to be accessed through the 'parent' record, Client, Request, Quote, etc.
I'm going to first work on testing this with Client notes. I will keep you posted. Thanks for the additional context.

Where do I find jobber's architecture diagram. After years on working in Engineering for a SAAS company, I've moved into the small biz my husband started and am going crazy not having history of the onboarding kickoff, training, config, testing, and go live activities (which I'd expect to include architecture, data dictionary, etc. given the level of manual work he/we/I still do). Please advise if you happen to read this old thread. Thank you.

Hey Denise ! Jobber Developer Partner here. Can you elaborate on exactly what you're looking for and/or what you're trying to accomplish?

Hey aarontree . I know it has been a while however I'm just wrapping up the development work to bring Adhesion Connect directly into Zapier so you'll soon be able to add notes that way. We're starting with Client notes and Request notes but will quickly release the ability to add notes to other records as well. Hope this can help you!
