Jobber + Xero users: how do you handle payments recorded in Xero?

Hi everyone,

I build apps for Jobber, and I keep seeing the same issue: the Xero integration only goes one way, so payments recorded in Xero (bank transfers, deposits, overpayments) never come back to Jobber. Invoices stay "unpaid" and someone has to update them by hand.

I'm thinking about building a two-way sync to fix exactly this. Before I start, I'd love to hear from you:

1. How many payments a week do you (or your bookkeeper) update manually?

2. What do you use today: manual entry, Zapier, something else?

3. Would around $29/month be worth it if it worked reliably?
