Adding Company Address to Invoice
We started with a property management company handling all of their make-ready cleans. One of their requirements is that our company address is on the invoice. I have looked and can't seem to find where to do this. We currently have our office number, email, and website on there, but I do not see how to add the address.
Hello Markiecooks! If you are looking to add your company address to your invoices, you will first need to make sure that your company address is listed in Jobber.
On the web version, go to the Gear Icon > Settings > Company Settings > Fill out the address field.
Once this is filled, it will show as a default on all invoices. If you are looking to add more than one company address on your invoice, you can do this by using Custom Fields.
To add a custom field, go to the Gear Icon > Settings > Custom Fields > Invoice Custom Fields > Add Field. Set the field name as "Address", field type as "text" and default value as your full address, then create custom field.
