Advice adding the credit card service fee to invoices

I was running into to this problem as well.

What i do now is turn off the "accept credit card feature" and then turn it back on when the customers agrees to the 4% fee that i charge for credit cards. If they want to save that 4% then they just pay with check or the ACH
