Advice adding the credit card service fee to invoices

I'm new to jobber but have always included all taxes and fees in my so I can be as simple as possible.  I just added a CC convenience as a tax line item. When collecting cash or check I can edit and delete the tax line item. This will also insure that I can monitor the amount of fees paid in reports as a tax collected. Is this a bad idea? 

That's what the client will see.
