We raised our rates 4% across all clients this year to cover the processing fees, but we are also running a campaign for $25 off for switching to ACH transfer (I wanted to cry seeing our processing fees in total for 2025!)
I am aware that it’s “just the price of doing business”, but I also could think of 40,000 other ways to use those funds.
So far, maybe 5% have opted in. I’ll circle back!
You are a smart cookie! Question, is the 25% off a one time reduction of the first invoice , or every one? If it's all of them, that seems like it would be about the same as Jobber fees if not more?
