Another option is to close all the jobs without creating the invoice yet. Once all jobs are closed, you can then create a single invoice and select all the completed jobs. The invoice will include the completion dates for each job, which helps keep accurate records if the projects were completed on different dates.

Yes, you can absolutely do this.
To create one invoice that includes multiple properties for the same client, go to the client profile, click More Actions, then select Create Invoice. From there, you will see the option to bulk invoice all of that client’s properties onto one invoice.
This will generate a single invoice with each location itemized, so your client only needs to receive and print one document, while still clearly showing the breakdown by property.
