We run into this a lot too, especially in wildlife work where the service address can change from initial inspection to final invoice. One thing that’s helped us is double-checking and locking in the correct property during the job setup stage before converting to invoice, but I agree it would be a big improvement if Jobber made it easier to update without friction.
It would be especially helpful for companies handling multiple properties or tenants under one client. Curious if anyone has found a smoother workflow around this?
