We have several clients with multiple contact email addresses. Jobber is emailing paid invoice receipts to whichever email is 'starred' in the communication email list.
Does anyone know of a way to force the paid invoice receipt to go directly to the same email that was chosen for an emailed invoice to be paid?
Make sure you set them as a billing contact. If you have multiple emails on one client, that usually means it's a commercial account — and in that case you're better off setting up individual contacts on the profile rather than stacking emails under one contact. That way Jobber's communication settings can do their job and send the right information to the right person.
Once each person is their own contact, you can control per contact who gets quote follow-ups, invoice follow-ups, and receipts — instead of everything defaulting to whoever has the star.
