Invoice and getting paid for two entities LLCs

We have two different LLCs, Nieman Farms & Repair and Nieman Excavating. We use Jobber for the time tracking for the guys and organizing the jobs. Is there a way I can set up an option to switch the company name when invoicing/and bank account for getting paid?
