Invoice Payment

I have recently had calls from clients who stated that they tried to pay online using the option attached to the invoice. I am told the credit card declined. In each instance, I have been able to enter the CC info in the "collect payment" option and it goes through marking the invoice paid. Wondering if others have had this same experience and if there is some nuance or guidance about it.

    Hey Gutterz! Thanks for the question. I'm sorry to hear that your clients have been having trouble paying invoices through the client hub.

    I recommend asking your clients to check and see if their web browser is up to date. They also want to check to see if their mobile device or computer is trying to autofill any card info that may be old or expired.
