We utilize the automation feature in Jobber which has been a huge help. We do an automation a week after the due date and then 14 days (payment is due upon invoice). We send to both email and texts. We have some clients who don't have a cell phone (older customers) and some who don't have an email (or don't want to provide, and can be older as well). So we use the automation to cover both our bases.
