Hey Jay, Thanks for the question!
Although the preferred payment method cannot currently be saved on the client level, I recommend changing your Jobber Payment settings to accept both CC and ACH payments on the invoice and quote levels. This way, the client can choose between the two without specifying beforehand.
If the client wishes to pay by check, they can contact you to arrange that payment.
