Putting trust in companies to handle your money can add a lot of stress to business owners, and I want to assure you that I am here to help you out the best way that I can! I hope I can provide some clarity around Jobber Payments:
In Canada and the US, banks request the 5 business days to authorize your account, allowing us to send payments directly to your bank account. Until that first payment is authorized and deposited in your bank account, any other payments you collect within that period will also experience a 5-business-day payout window.
Once the authorization period has ended, payouts will be made on a 2 business day payout schedule.
Jobber Payments refunds take approximately 5-10 business days to process, and the funds are returned to the same card that was originally charged.
