Why is invoice email not sending?

I am new here and have been trying to send a couple invoices but the email has not gone through. I’ve tried it myself too and I’ve checked spam, confirmed the email address, and still nothing. It’s been a couple hours and I’m starting to get a little worried. Is there something I’m missing? Does it take a little bit? Thanks in advance for the help
