LeatherHelpGuy​ I am learning about Jobber as a business consultant helping a new client with efficiencies and I was SHOCKED that there is not a way to capture the replies from clients' emails in Jobber. It's a major flaw in my opinion. Your entire back and forth comms should be in one spot to reference, not just half. I get that the texting is 2 way but that's just not feasible. I'm looking into ways that Zapier can help but it's not exactly straight forward. Have you found any good workarounds for this?

I absolutely agree with this! There are several of us that monitor the company email. I can't tell who has followed up or not. It's very inefficient as I have to try to track it down.
