I am very unique. I am a travelling Instructor. I require payment beforehand. The real "Job" occurs when we all meet in the classroom and it ends after the last day, but I have to run thru the whole Job sequential order and it really messes things up, like reminders when not needed and such.
That's interesting. I will try that, Thank you. I would like the "Job" necessity to disappear for my benefit ultimately. A student puts in a REQUEST (which I would prefer to be called a "Register, or Registration") and then we have an Assessment (which I'd prefer to be called a phone chat) and then I would like to just Invoice them. I do love the quote ability but it's a step most students understand on the phone chat and pay it. It can be an extra pain for some people to do so I approve it for them. Most of my clientele do not like forms. But large corporations do need the Quote ahead of time, just not always. I hope that makes sense as I am a bit of a different fish. I used to use Highrise but I am quickly moving everything to Jobber.
