Deleted Visits

I run a lawn care company. Some visits, we get to the property and due to heat or other reasons we skip. not reschedule. it would be nice to see that it has been canceled. not just completely gone. on the schedule.

    Hey there! We appreciate this feedback on having a skip-visit feature. I can see how this would benefit you and other Jobber customers. Although we can not make any guarantees, we have submitted this to our Product Development team. 

    A workaround in the meantime could be to change just that visit title to indicate that it was skipped.

      Seconding BlueSkies​ on this. We have had to create a whole internal team process to account for skipped or canceled jobs and ensure they are invoiced when appropriate (customer cancelation) or not, when not (our cancelation / skip)
