You should be able to edit line items directly from the Schedule view.
If you click into the visit from the Schedule and select Edit, you can add a new line item or update existing ones already attached to that visit. From there, you can adjust services, products, and pricing as needed.
If you are using the app, tapping the visit from the Schedule should open the full visit screen where those details are editable as well.
If that is not what you are seeing, I would recommend reaching out to Support so they can take a closer look at your specific workflow and make sure everything is functioning properly. Please reach out to our Support team at 1-888-721-1115 option 1 so we can troubleshoot with you.
