So I took a call from a customer on a Friday afternoon after a busy day, he wanted service for the next week so I put in his name and address in a job booking, but forgot to take down his number! It is in my call log on my phone, but I had so many calls that day and I don't remember which number was his. I was wondering if there was a way to see what day/time a client/job was entered in Jobber so I can cross reference my call log?
Hi PestFreeCanada that is a super relatable situation.
If this was recent enough, you may be able to spot it in your Activity Feed. You can open the bell icon at the top right of getjobber.com and look for the entry showing when the client or job was created. The feed lists actions in order with timestamps, so you can use that to narrow down the day and approximate time, then cross-reference your phone log.
If it has been a little while and it is no longer in the activity feed, another option is to use the one-off or recurring Jobs reports, which will provide a created date.

Once it passed the 24 hour mark it just said "1 day ago".
It all worked out though, I just showed up at the appointment time and asked him for his contact number.
