How does Jobber calculate routes, and can it use real driving directions instead of straight-line distance?

If Jobber can't do it, I wonder if they can possibly team up with Circuit(now spoke).  That software uses traffic trends, road closures, and other data to make efficient routes.  We used to use that with my business, but it took a long time to load in the information into the software.  It was incredible when we used it, but our office doesn't have the capacity to fill in the information for it.
