I use the notes section on almost every client on almost every call. I come from a call center environment where you document everything to CYA. It also becomes very practical from a business standpoint...HOWEVER I HATE the fact that since the latest up date it seems that now you have to uncheck a whole bunch of boxes to have the notes just be on the Client account and not attached to a job, quote, invoice, etc. If I wanted it attached to those things I can easily click the boxes instead of having to unclick them every time. Thoughts?
