Does anyone know if there is an option to make a booking no charge? I have made it just a task before, but then I can't add a checklist. I have made the booking $0 but then have to click the "remind me to invoice" button off. The worst is if you forget to do that, then you have to delete things.

Yes, there is! When you create the job, look for the checkbox in the billing section that says Remind me to invoice. Just uncheck it when you're setting up the job the first time, not after. If you catch it at creation, the job won't go into Requires Invoicing status at all, no reminder, no overdue notice, nothing to delete later.
For a recurring no-charge visit specifically, when you're choosing how to invoice, pick As needed, no reminders from the invoicing schedule dropdown. That option specifically disables invoice reminders for that job going forward, so you're not fighting it visit after visit.
The reason it's been annoying for you is that unchecking it after the fact, or forgetting to, still leaves the job tagged for invoicing behind the scenes. Setting it at creation avoids that entirely. Hope this helps PestFreeCanada
