Is there a way to move a batch of calls from one day to another?
I have to take a day off the road next week and wanted to move all the calls from one day to the next. I am wondering if there is a way to move them all at once?
You can definitely move a whole day's worth of visits at once using the Move Visits tool on the web app!
Here’s how to do it:
- Go to the Schedule tab in the left side menu.
- Click More Actions in the top right corner.
- Select Move Visits.
- Choose the date you want to move visits from, then select the target date you want to move them to.
- Click Move Visits to apply the shift.
(Note: If a client already has a visit scheduled on the new date for that same job, Jobber will skip it so it doesn't create duplicate visits for the same job on one day.)
