Is there a way to send a client JUST a completed checklist?
I had a customer ask me after the work was done for a report of the service and I cant seem to find a way to just send them a report? Should I make a new booking, unscheduled and turn off the invoice...
Hey Daniel! It's possible to send only the completed checklist as a PDF to your client.
In the Jobber App:
- Open the visit and navigate to the Checklist.
- Complete the checklist.
- Choose Save & Send to email a PDF copy to your client (or Save & Download to save it locally).
- The email will include the checklist PDF and any photos you added.
On jobber.com:- Open the visit and go to the Checklists tab.
- Finish and save the completed checklist.
- Use the Email or Download options (note: these are greyed out until you save).
- The emailed PDF will contain the last saved version of the checklist.
