You're right that Jobber's calendar sync only goes one way (Jobber to Google). For the other direction, what matters for online booking is that your personal appointments exist in Jobber as tasks with a start and end time. I built a small tool that does exactly that automatically: SlotGuard (getslotguard.com) reads your Google Calendar every 15 minutes and keeps matching "Busy" tasks in Jobber, moving or removing them when your appointments change.
