Thanks for following up and sharing more about how you’re using Job Forms!
At this time, there isn’t an option to add videos directly to Job Forms. Videos can, however, be added to Notes, or attached to a Job, Quote, Invoice, or Client.
As for adding longer instructions, there currently isn’t a way to include long-form text directly on the form itself. We’d love to better understand your use case for this, if you’re open to sharing more details here, or by reaching out to our Support team, that would be super helpful for our product team to review!
I have a team of contractors who fill out these forms that are then provided to the client to summarize the services provided. We are working for vacation rental owners so often are in the properties with no one else present. We send photos and videos of the work done and those are shared with the clients. With the instructions, I am wanting to provide my contractors with instructions on how to use the form at the top of the form itself. These contractors are working on properties that are near to them, but often 2-3 hours from me. I can't train the contractors in person so it's nice to have that reminder at the top of the job form to answer simple questions for them.

I understand why having clear instructions at the top of the form would make a big difference for your contractors, especially when you cannot train in person and they are working independently on site. I also see how important it is for the photos and videos to be shared cleanly with clients for vacation rental work.
