Hi Carson, if you create a client and a job but the job has no details and you can select “Schedule Later,” you can then find the job later to schedule it if you click the search icon at the bottom of the app, then choose Jobs, then across the top, you can filter through different categories and if you select “unscheduled,” those jobs that are unscheduled would show up and your team could select the job they’re ready to schedule. Would that solve your issue?
