The view under settings and route optimization is all active and inactive customers. They should all have a pin regardless of whether or not they have an active job. Have you checked out the heatmap yet on the insights dashboard? It gives you an idea of which areas are the most dense based on revenue. I would also try asking your questions of the Jobber Co-Pilot to see if it can give you some AI insight into your inquiry. Is there a certain metric you are trying to determine?
