Mass Visit Scheduling

Good Morning,

I am looking for a way to mass schedule visits for winter snow removal operations, it appears the old way of filtering by tags and mass creating no longer works.

Does anyone have an alternative without having to create each individual visit? I am trying to avoid having a full route attached to a single job for the operator to go through.

    Hey Devon, thanks for the question. You can switch back to the old view of the schedule to add bulk visits. We plan on incorporating this into the new schedule in the near future, but for now you can continue to use the old schedule view to complete this action!

    I am surprised that Jobber doesn't have mass batch dispatch. You basically need to set up a list of clients that you can Quick Dispatch based on your snow accumulation triggers. This would include routes for each driver with a list of clients and jobs attached to them, so that when they click 'Start Route', it auto-populates the schedule with all of the jobs on that route. It's a lot different from reoccurring lawn maintenance as you never know when it's going to snow, therefore, it's impossible to schedule.
