Multi Visit Jobs

Lawn treatments: I have 6 visits in my program. They are not equal 6 weeks apart. some are 4 some are 6 etc. i know about when they would fall. and that's great. What i don't want to do and as of now is what it looks like im going to have to do is create multiple visits and go through the whole process. A WHOLE LOT OF TIME.

It is a multi step job . step one is pre emergent

2. is pre/post mild fert

3post and heavy fert

4. iron/spot treat and summer fert

5. another round of spot treat and fert and pre emergent for winter weeds

6 winterizer fert

They are all a part of that quote. equal payments but spread out over 6 visits. so if its 50 a visit the year total is 300. I don't need a 300 payement ea visit. i also would like to be able to just build that program (almost like the job form sort of thing) create the job. click multi step job and it already has the layout set up. so when i go to visit one it lists it properly. on the invoice it lists out properly what we are putting down visit 2 has the same thing. it already knows about how far apart they need to be so it preliminary schedules them out based on our start date. yes we can move them later, but they are all there so i don't miss someone.

set up at the beginning, and then go from there. As it stands i have to do that every single time for every single person. (thats a lot that should be able to be optimized i would think.)

HI BlueSkies Thanks for the questions.

It sounds like you may be looking for a subscription-style billing setup. One option is creating a recurring job with billing set to a fixed monthly price. For a yearly total of $300, you could bill $25 per month, even if visits vary. You could also enable automatic payments if a card is on file.

For the visits, you can schedule them roughly every two months and adjust as needed. This way the billing stays consistent while the service visits follow the program timeline.
