Multiple job forms per job
I just started using Jobber and was excited about using the job forms. While the forms are great and work well for capturing information and sending service reports, I wish I could add multiple versions of the same form on one job.
For example, I have a job to visit a client for preventive maintenance on 3 different machines. I have a job form for the maintenance task and add three copies of it to the job: one for each machine. When adding the form to the job I can name them to correspond to each of the machines.
The work around I have so far is to make a separate visit for each of the tasks (even thought they are on the same day), as that populates an empty job form into each visit. Anyone have any other suggestions?
Hey Tesvt, Job forms are a great way to stay organized on the job! If you need to make multiple of the same job form, that is totally possible and I can walk you through the steps.
Gear icon > Settings > Job Forms > ... next to the form you wish to duplicate > duplicate - I recommend changing the title of the second or third form to something slightly different so your team can differiciate. Here is some more info on that.
When creating the job, you can select multiple job forms at the same time, that will all be applied for the same visit!
