I feel your pain on this—having multiple overlapping calendar blocks for the same address clutters up the schedule and makes extra work for the crew!
Since Jobber doesn't have a native "merge jobs" button (im just asuming that your using Jobber), on the calendar yet, here are two quick ways to handle it:
- The "Master Job" Workaround: Leave one job scheduled on the calendar as your main job, copy/paste the details from the other jobs into its notes section, and delete/unschedule the extra visits on the calendar. That way, the crew only sees one entry, but you can still batch-invoice all the approved jobs together when finished.
- Single Quote with Optional Line Items: For future clients who want separate pricing, try putting everything on one quote using optional line items or sections. When they approve it, Jobber creates a single, clean job automatically.
