New schedule - Can't find tasks easily

I am having issues with tasks in the new schedule.

On the home page of jobber I see the list of my daily appointments and tasks.  I used to be able to click on a task and it would go the schedule and a pop up would come up with the task details.  I could easily click in the pop up to review info or complete the task.  Now that we are on the new schedule that doesn't happen.  When I click the task on the home screen it brings me to the schedule calendar.  It does not bring me to the specific task.  I then have to hunt through all the other info on the schedule to find that task to open it.    This issue has been the same since jobber first rolled out the new schedule to try out last summer.  I have mentioned it to Jobber support team and was told that they were working on it and by Q4 last year everything should be smoothed out.  That was the main reason we didn't switch to using the new schedule.  Now that the old schedule is no longer available and we're pushed into using the new schedule we are still having these issues and we're finding it frustrating and time consuming.   When you have a lot of tasks, appointments, and requests per day it gets difficult to find the info fast.

Anyone else experiencing this?  Is there any update if they are bringing that feature back?
