PHC Plant Healthcare Estimates to Jobs

Hi, my name is Teague. I own an operator Tree Service company. We have dramatically increased our volume of plant healthcare, treatment, and clients.

Does anyone have a smooth and effective solution to take a single estimate with several products and services/PHC applications and turn them into one off or reoccurring jobs without manually creating a similar job snd deleting all of the other products and services to get the correct scheduling of each PHC application?

I am finding it very cumbersome to send a client, say, with multiple properties, a single estimate for several PHC applications and then have to create an individual job for eachof the applications/products and services. Some of these applications would happen reoccurring three times in a season and some only once.
With the current software format, This is a tremendous amount of clicks and work to take one complete estimate and turn it into numerous individual jobs in order to get these applications scheduled on the correct seasonal timeline, including the reoccurring ones.

Please let me know if anyone has a solution to this currently incredibly cumbersome and time-consuming process when a single client has multiple properties in multiple PHC/product and service application needs.
