ROUTING
So serious question. how in the world do you actual route the properties because it certianly isnt by the least amount of drive time. is it just a geo code. or what it sucks and now i have proof. oh...
JADE
no it doesn't...i have done this multiple times...it doesn't do it. AND....i SHOULDN'T HAVE TO MAKE THOSE TYPES OF ADJUSTMENTS. neighbors. as in next door. 15 steps neighbors. if your geocoding cant figure that out...and your solution is for me to move them. which i have. and the next week it is back to the way it was...and why i wrote a page and a half because its driving me up the wall and wasting time, then i seriously mean this. Jobber is a marketing company disguised as a crm. cheaper systems have figured this out. this isn't a UI issue. This isn't a oh click this or that issue. It doesn't work.
and i have talked with more than a few on the phone shared the screen...want to know the response. oh that is a problem...here let me open up the other crm that i still pay for because they have a pricing matrix. a proper pricing matrix in the app. not a seperate excel sheet like i would have to do with jobber. here is the same route. lets see how fast this works. oh 1 min ( i timed it) and now it works. oh i am ending in the right spot and not having to move literally 30 properties around like i do in jobber because it recognized that ending here means route from start to finish and hit everything that way vs whats the fastest way to hit 60 properties then drop this property at the end. oh something has come up and i need to reroute. so i can with a click of a button remove all the completed jobs...all of them (you call them visits) and then pick a new starting point and ending point. that takes less than 2 min with the other crm...jobber individually removing them rerouting and then needing to manual move them 10 min. that a lot of time for a more expensive crm.
and full transparency...i have had this problem and others like it and have called had screen shares all sorts of talking with people. So yes im beyond frustrated.
