Scheduling ease Vs technician clarity…

Hi all, We have a lawn care business, majority of work is recurring and we’re trying to balance things between scheduling simplicity/ease and clarity for the field crew as far as target job times.  ...

    Hey Conrad! Thank you for bringing this to the community. I can confirm that a 20-25 minute visit on the new schedule is more visible; there is definitely room for improvement here! I think this feedback is very valuable, and while I will absolutely share your feedback with the team, we would also appreciate if you could share it directly using this survey - which will go directly to the team working on the new schedule! 

    As a workaround, I suggest creating a job form to attach to these specific jobs that you want to be completed in under 30 minutes. While filling out the job form, the technician can sign off or acknowledge the note about the allotted time for the job, which might help keep them in line with the goal.
