I believe an other of the features you are requesting can be utilized via "Recurring" jobs. Check that out and circle back with any questions!
It is a bit cumbersome and could definitely be easier but as a workaround, we also use the reocurring job feature mentioned by Ryan here.
You can then manually remove the line items from the second visit if not invoicing. Or, alternatively, create the job without them and then add the line items to the first visit.Not really. Recurring is set. But as example: (and I say this as I had a zoom call with someone today to try and address this. It’s still a lot of extra steps and screens)
but example. I have a 5 step lawn treatment plan. I am going to be out march 15. Then 4 weeks later for the 2nd round of pre emergent. The. It’s going to be closer to 6 weeks for the next treatment. Then due to temps we are going to skip the next 2 months. Then be out for the 4th treatment and finally 4-6 weeks for the 5th. It isn’t an every week.
for my Christmas lights if you set up a revurring job, so they are scheduled for take down, they would get billed 2x for it if you don’t pay attention. Instead we are creating the job then we have to schedule a task. And yes that works. But extra screens and extra steps.
For everyone that will be at equip. I will share this. It’s on one screen. You scheduled ea step of the job and ea step can have its own part of the invoice. Now my treatments may be equal but the Christmas lights. Are not.
